TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Lawrence Scripps Wilkinson Foundation (the "Foundation") is pleased to donate the following model train(s) identified as:

                  (NAMES OF TRAINS AND VALUES TO BE INSERTED HERE)

to_______Proper Name of Donee_____________________.  The Foundation's donation of the model train(s) is subject to the Recipient's non-profit status and agreement to the following conditions:

  1. The model train(s) will be displayed on a more or less permanent or rotating basis, in a secure environment, in a high traffic area of a facility related to railroading.
  2. The display of the model train(s) will be educational in nature and will include a label explaining the relevance of the train(s) to the display site with a narrative describing the history of the train.
  3. The model train(s) will be known and described as being donated from The Lawrence Scripps Wilkinson Foundation in all on-site descriptive materials, press releases, and other public relations promotions.
  4. The "adopting" organization will disclose all plans for the display of the model train(s) with Foundation personnel before any such plans are implemented.
  5. The model train(s) will not be sold by the donee at any time in the future. The model train(s) will be kept and displayed as an educational resource.
  6. The Foundation's model train(s) are all operational and may be run at any time at the donee's discretion.
  7. Upon signing this agreement, the donee will furnish the Foundation with a picture of the exterior of the building where the trains will be displayed, along with a short 25-30 word description of the facility.  This information will be added to "Train Locations" on www.wilkinsontrains.com

Please acknowledge your agreement to these conditions by signing where indicated below and return the fully executed  letter to the Foundation.  An additional copy of this agreement has been included for your records.  Once the Foundation has received this agreement, executed by you, the shipment of the model train(s) will be processed.
