| The trains will be used as part of the after-school GATE academy class called Electricity and Electric Trains. The students will study electric circuits and build simple electric motors. The students will use their knowledge of circuits to build temporary operating train layouts. Students will also use the trains to review California State Science Standards dealing with speed and velocity. |
