The Railroad Museum of Long Island (RMLI) includes two locations, adjacent to the Riverhead and Greenport stations of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). Non-profit RMLI combines historic LIRR rolling stock, exhibits illustrating LIRR history and opertations, a developing research library, model train layouts ("HO", "O", and "G" Gauges), and a people-carrying miniature train which first ran at the 1964-65 New York World's Fair. |
